Project developer Salt recently presented its iconic project, the Heldentoren in Knokke-Heist, in a short video and a web article.

From Project to Story

Niko’s request was clear: demonstrate how Niko technology works in a realistic, high-end residential project, as told by the partner themselves. No product explanation—just a credible story about living, architecture, and comfort as seen through the eyes of an experienced project developer.

JaJa translated that question into a clear testimonial through images and words. We interviewed the owners of Salt and traveled to Knokke-Heist with a camera crew. The result: a two-minute testimonial video and a web article that delves into the vision behind the project. The video captures the living experience and brings Salt and Niko’s philosophy to life. The content can be shared with architects, project developers, and other professionals.

Collaboration in progress

For this project, we worked closely with Niko’s in-house photographer, who also handled the styling and ensured the desired brand voice, so that the video could also be used by Niko’s subsidiary, Motiv. This collaboration ensured consistency in both visuals and content: the visual language, architecture, and technology all come together as a cohesive whole.
