Shuffle for KBC: A Journey Through Time via Slogans

Engaging content for the intranet
We created a new interactive quiz for KBC: "Do the Shuffle – Time Travel Through Slogans." This creative content format introduces employees to their organization’s rich history of advertising slogans in a fun and engaging way.
With "Doe de shuffle," we developed a reusable format that brings a fun gaming experience to the KBC intranet and enhances the channel’s user experience. The digital game can easily be adapted to other themes that you can organize and that indirectly reinforce the brand identity.

Dragging slogans, scoring points on
Thegame format is simple yet engaging:
- You start with one fixed card on the timeline.
- The challenge: place each subsequent card before or after it, in the correct order.
- Each correct answer earns you a point. Got it wrong? No worries—just keep shuffling.
- You get instant feedback, with comments like “Correct! Inside info?” or “Oh no, you should get a fine for that!”

A format with pizzazz
The Shuffle works exceptionally well in achieving its goal of increasing engagement with intranet content. JaJa was responsible for the concept, design, editing, and development. Some key decisions include:
- The playful design and retro content that employees will recognize.
- The clean design with a gaming vibe and subtle effects.
- The fast, intuitive gameplay that encourages repeated play.
- A successful blend of lightheartedness and substance.
- An eye for details like confetti, scores, and phrasing that make things fun and motivating.

Let's get started on a series
Now thatthis content experience has been developed, we are gradually expanding the series. Several new editions are already on the content calendar, including ones featuring quotes about leadership styles and showcasing all the marketing tools KBC has used over the years.
