Project Manager, Print/Offline Media
What are you going to do?
- You plan and organize the production process for publications and monitor progress, from editorial meetings through to delivery.
- You oversee the content, implementation, quality, schedule, and budget.
- You are the first point of contact and the direct link between the customer, the operations team, and management.
- You'll work closely with magazine coordinators (including helping to prepare for and facilitate editorial meetings and brainstorming sessions with the client...).
- You will provide clear briefings and manage a team of colleagues (editors/designers) and freelancers (editors/photographers/translators).
- You will oversee the graphic design and production (printing, mail handling).
- You help clients maximize the return on their investments in offline and print media, and you’re on the lookout for synergies with online and social media.
What do you offer?
- You have a degree (at least a bachelor's) in communication (or equivalent experience).
- You understand how communication works and are fascinated by offline and print media as well as content marketing.
- You can work in an organized and independent manner, even under pressure.
- You can handle stress, take initiative, and deal with feedback.
- You have a customer-focused mindset and communicate proactively with customers, colleagues, and freelancers.
- You're a team player.
- You speak and write Dutch and French fluently.
- You are able to evaluate text and images in terms of content and quality.
- You're comfortable using project management tools (Trello, Monday, Teamleader, etc.)
- You have experience in a similar position.
- You want to work at least 4/5.
